Refund Policy

ClickUpSync by Aveosea s.r.o.

1. Merchant of Record

All payments, subscriptions, and billing are processed by Paddle.com, our authorised Merchant of Record. When you purchase a ClickUpSync subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle.com, and their Checkout Buyer Terms apply.

2. Digital Services & Immediate Performance

ClickUpSync is a digital software service. When you upgrade to a paid plan, your premium features are activated immediately upon payment confirmation.

3. EU Right of Withdrawal Waiver

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from a digital-content contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason. However, you expressly lose this right of withdrawal once the digital service has begun, provided you:

  • gave your explicit prior consent to the immediate performance of the contract, AND
  • acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle customer portal or by contacting hello@clickupsync.com. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access to paid features continues until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within an already-paid period.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled by Paddle.com as the Merchant of Record and are determined at their sole discretion on a case-by-case basis, in accordance with their Checkout Buyer Terms. If you believe you have grounds for a refund, please contact Paddle directly via https://paddle.net.

We strongly recommend all users take advantage of our Free Forever Tier to evaluate the service before upgrading.

6. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer protection law, including Czech consumer law (Act No. 634/1992 Coll.) and applicable EU directives. If Paddle.com independently processes a chargeback or refund under their Checkout Buyer Terms, this does not affect our own obligations under applicable law.

7. Online Dispute Resolution (EU)

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for resolving disputes out of court: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our contact email for ODR purposes is hello@clickupsync.com. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, but we are willing to do so.

8. Contact

To raise a billing issue or request a refund, contact Paddle directly at https://paddle.net or email hello@clickupsync.com. Please include your order number (found in your Paddle receipt).
